Purchase Timeline

We fulfil your order within 3 business days of purchase. As each veil is handmade to order we allow 2-3 days for production. We then send with Australia Post. Please allow delivery times for up to 3-7 days from day of postage, depending on whether you are interstate.

Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns for change of mind. If goods are delivered damaged please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can arrange appropriate remedy. 

Packaging

Each order comes in a custom Veils To Be premium magnetic gift box. Dimensions are 37cm x 27cm x 10.5cm. We hope this can be a keepsake for your veil and other small wedding accessories.

Customisation

Please reach out if there is something in particular you would like. We love to work with what you’re wearing and come up with something special to really complement your outfit. Likewise, if you love a design and want to add another element, like pearl or diamanté details, we are most willing to oblige. Please note, additional fees may apply.
